In Qatar, our teams are spread across onshore construction sites, offshore platforms and LNG facilities undergoing commissioning. Different projects, different schedules, different challenges… and not always enough opportunities to get together.
That’s what made this breakfast special, especially with our CEO, Raphael Alessandrini, present to visit and exchange with our local team.
Beyond the coffee and conversations, it was a chance to reconnect, share experiences from the field, discuss challenges and exchange ideas on how we can do things better.

As Qatar continues to expand its LNG capacity through major developments such as North Field, strong teams and close collaboration remain essential to delivering projects successfully. And sometimes, building that team starts with something as simple as sitting around the same table.
