A market moving forward despite adjustments
After rounds 3-1 and 3-2, which allocated around 5 GW, Taiwan targets 10.9 GW of installed offshore wind by 2030 and 18.4 GW by 2035, according to the targets revised in 2026.
Local content requirements, offshore campaigns in the Taiwan Strait and the interfaces between foundations, cables and substations make package experience decisive.
